Wonderful staff and location - they offered an EXCELLENT experience. 20 km away from Ciampino airport. This hotel is equal to 5 stars.

It's okay! It's clean! Comfortable hotel! Comfortable! Internet is good!
Not enough room in a standard room!
-
Upgrade and very polite and friendly staff
Staff at the pool area at lunchtime
-
Breakfast very tasty, hotel manager very attentive and very common
All very well!

I liked everything from breakfast to arrangement!
There's no such thing.

Nice restaurant on the veranda downstairs all green and delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff on the prescription, very responsive. The rooms are spacious, nice mattresses. Anyway, it's a good impression of the hotel.
WiFi is weak, the massage for 200 euros was no longer available. The pool on the wing is too small and uncomfortable to sunbathe.

Great location,very expensive...but great concierge & breakfast
Slow drink service and non existent pool service

Location was excellent and staff very helpful & friendly.
Breakfast was poor. Hotel lacked a bit of 'atmosphere'. Could consider putting Ironing boards in the rooms too.

The location was great, but then Rome is a walking city
I was directed to an out of town shopping centre, Roma1, a bad suggestion given that a) it took about 1 hour to get to and b) the shopping was not fantastic - more your basic brands.

The service &the staff was excellent.
Over priced, mainly in high season!

The location is good as it is close to the main railway station and there is easy access to both buses and metro outside the doorsteps of the hotel. Would consider a hotel more central to main sightseeing another time. The rooms are quite large compared to many other hotels.
The Spa has paid access (this includes sauna, steam bath etc), the roof top swimming pool is much smaller than what it appears to be on the hotel photos, some of the rooms do not have a view at all. The room we had had a "balcony" which had 2,5 meter high walls all around, so the only way you could see day light was by looking up - gave a prison feel. The staff was asked to fix to technical issues in our room, but had to request the work be carried out twice and the second time in a rather explicit manner. Should not be necessary.

The concierge staff were very good
The room allocated had many defects- impossible to connect wi-fi, no tea making facilities, defective light switching, broken shower head. Despite requests the hotel did not move me to another room but over the three day stay fixed the defects. In the meantime I suffered them. The only 5 star feature of this hotel was the price of laundry with a shirt costing €13 and trouser press €12. There are better hotels in Rome

The location was good, there is a metro station just few meters from the hotel and a train station at walking distance. The hotel is big, lot of space in the rooms. We particularly enjoy the coffee shop in the hotel entrance where you can have the best cofee ever with delicious pastry. The swimming pool at roof top was relaxing and very quiet, we enjoy the mojitos there.
There was an incident that really upset us: the boys let theirs phones, watches and laptop in their room to go to the pool, when we come back we found that the cleaner or room keeper brought the securities to the room as according to her there were valuable object there, she said to us that is policy to the hotel that the guest must keep their belonging out of sight if they want their room to be cleaned. If the room is untidy then they expect the guest to put the "do not disturb" sign at the door. In our understanding this is the most ridiculous policy ever, especially coming from a 5 star hotel. There is no coffee maker or at least a kettle in the rooms to make cofee.

Nicely located, walking distance from Termini station. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated.
We arrived to spend 1 night from Saturday to Sunday in September having booked this hotel largely because of the roof-terrace swimming pool, planning to have lunch and spend the afternoon there. But upon arrival it appeared that the roof terrace was closed for wedding. The staff tried to handle this as best as they could, but it was still a dissapointing experience. Another dissapointment was the room service - we had to wait for 2 coffees for 30 minutes and paid 18eur.
